eLearning tools @ Clive School
- Junior School one device to four children (Years 1 to 3)
- Senior School one device per child (iPads – Apple platform)
- We are a multi-platform school which means we use varied tools or devices to fit the purpose of our learning
- Each class has a viewing device
- Classes have access to PCs , Netbooks and iPads
- We use ‘Google Apps for Education’ to enhance learning programmes
At Clive School we would like you to encourage your child to do the following at home (supervised or agreed upon with an adult):
- Commenting on Clive School Blog Sites (teachers moderate & publish comments)
- Skype or Face Time family and friends to share their learning or experiences
- Log on to Google Drive to view their work and share their learning with others (Year 4 to 6)
- View You Tube clips linked to their learning and homework
- Play web based games on Education linked sites e.g. Sumdog & Spelling City
